Dear colleagues,

It is a pleasure to announce the First Intensive Workshop of ANR COMOP. It will take place at Laboratoire de mathématiques de Besançon, Université Marie et Louis Pasteur, from Septeber 29 till October 1, 2025.

The COMOP project mixes bits of Lipschitz free spaces, function theory, Banach space geometry, linear dynamics, composition operators on spaces of holomorphic functions, etc. The success of our project will largely depend on the sharing of these skills and cross-fertilization of ideas.

To this end, we organize this first intensive workshop which will mainly consist of short courses given by the people in the project. Our intention is to disseminate the relevant knowledge and skills within the project as soon as possible. This first intensive session will also be the occasion to discuss together the problems we intend to tackle and to organize subgroups to attack them.

There will be the following 5 courses aimed at introducing the composition operators in various settings.

• Cours A (2 × 1h, Colin Petitjean et Tony Prochazka) : Introduction aux espaces Lipschitz-libres et aux linéarisations de fonctions lipschitziennes (c.-à-d. les opérateurs préadjoints aux opérateurs de composition).

• Cours B (2 × 1h, Colin Petitjean et Tony Prochazka) : Introduction aux espaces Lipschitz-libres holomorphes.

• Cours C (2 × 1h, Clément Coine) : Notions dynamiques et spectrales pour les linéarisations de fonctions lipschitziennes.

• Cours D (2 × 1h, Lucas Oger) : Opérateurs de composition en plusieurs variables (théorie spectrale)

• Cours E (2 × 1h, Isabelle Chalendar) : Opérateurs de composition sur les espaces modèles

• Il y aura aussi deux séances informelles, dont le but est de se répondre mutuellement aux questions naturelles de ce qu'est connu et ce que n'est pas connu, qui travaille sur quoi, etc.
